🗺️ Day-to-Day Itinerary
Frankfurt, Germany
We’ll begin our journey in the tech-savvy city of Frankfurt. One of our highlights will be exploring the historic Frankfurt Arena, where Germany once faced off against the US. But Frankfurt isn’t just shimmering skyscrapers—head to the Römerberg district to find cobblestone streets and timber-framed houses that feel like stepping back in time.
StudenTravel will organize a guided city tour to help you explore every corner of Frankfurt. On Day 3, you’ll have free time to explore, shop global brands, or visit places on your personal list.
We’ll also visit a German university, where Bahria University’s administration will discuss collaboration opportunities, including semester-abroad programs and MOUs.
Brussels, Belgium
Upon arrival, we’ll check into our hotel, rest briefly, and then hit the streets! We’ll explore the city, possibly meet officials from the Pakistani government, and enjoy lunch near the European Union headquarters.
In the evening, we’ll visit the Grand Palace—especially stunning at night—and cover all major city attractions.
This day focuses on educational engagement. We’ll visit the European Parliament for an official session arranged for Bahria University Karachi campus students. You’ll participate in a role-play simulation, acting as a Member of Parliament and making decisions based on real-world scenarios.
Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Visiting Amsterdam is a dream for many—it’s often called the “New York of Europe.” From the Anne Frank House to the Van Gogh Museum, every street and alley echoes the spirit of “I am Amsterdam.”
We’ll take you to Dam Square, the iconic heart of the city. Amsterdam is unlike any other European city—it will stretch your imagination and leave a lasting impression. Once a hub for seafarers, it’s now a global hotspot.
Paris, France
Ah, Paris! Since the 17th century, it’s been a center of finance, fashion, science, and art. We know the city well and will guide you to its hidden gems.
Of course, we’ll visit the Eiffel Tower—perhaps a bit of a show-off, but undeniably iconic. Then it’s off to the Louvre, the world’s most visited art museum, home to masterpieces from Mesopotamia, Egypt, and Greece. Don’t forget your student ID for discounts and a chance to see the Mona Lisa!
We’ll also visit the famous Notre Dame (“The Lady of Paris”) and Sacré-Cœur, which offers an even better view of the city than the Eiffel Tower. A complete guided tour will be provided by StudenTravel.

💰 Payments and Deposits
The total tour fee is €2050, currently equivalent to PKR 679,000. This amount is payable only after your visa is approved.
A security deposit of PKR 300,000 must be paid to StudenTravel to reserve your spot. This is refundable upon your successful return to Pakistan and can be paid via online transfer or pay order.
A post-dated cheque of PKR 1,000,000 from your sponsor’s bank account is required. This cheque will remain with Bahria University (not StudenTravel) and will not be cashed. For example, if your tour ends on 5th January, the cheque should be dated 10th January. It will be returned before its realization date. The sponsor does not need to have this amount available in their account.

- Security Deposit: PKR 300,000 via Pay Order or Online Transfer to StudenTravel
- Tour Fee: Payable after visa approval, based on the Euro rate on the day of payment
- Visa Fee: Payable directly at the embassy
