🗺️ Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1: Welcome to the Neon Jungle Touch down in Tokyo! After checking into our hotel, we dive straight into the energy of Ueno Ameyoko. It’s the perfect place to grab a snack, soak in the market atmosphere, and get your first taste of Japanese street life.

Day 2: Tokyo Icons We’ll trace the history and the future of the city. We start at the majestic Imperial Palace and the iconic Nijubashi Bridge before immersing ourselves in the fashion-forward energy of Harajuku and the serene beauty of Meiji Jingu. To cap it off, we hit the neon pulse of Shibuya and Shinjuku.

Day 3: Tradition Meets Trends We head to Yokohama for the stunning Sankei-en Garden and the vibrant flavors of Chinatown. In the afternoon, we travel to Kamakura to stand before the towering Great Buddha at Kotoku-in and explore the lush, cliffside Hasedera Temple.

Day 4: Corporate Insights & Tokyo Vibes Today is all about innovation. We are visiting Plus W Company to get a firsthand look at Japanese business culture and strategy. The rest of the day is yours to explore the hidden corners of Shibuya—whether you’re hunting for tech gadgets or the latest streetwear.

Day 5: Magic & Memories A full day dedicated to pure fun at Disneyland Tokyo. Whether you’re looking for thrill rides or that classic theme park magic, today is all about letting loose with the group.

Day 6: The Majesty of Fuji & Hakone We head to the mountains! Experience the Hakone Open Air Museum, soar above the clouds on the Hakone Ropeway, and take a cruise across the shimmering Lake Ashi. We’ll also visit the crystal-clear springs of Oshino Hakkai for the ultimate Mt. Fuji photo op before heading to Shizuoka.

Day 7: Precision Engineering Today, we pull back the curtain on Japanese manufacturing with an exclusive visit to the Suzuki Factory in Shizuoka. See how world-class automotive precision is achieved. We’ll return to Tokyo in the evening to gear up for our final days.

Day 8: Tokyo Free Time Your final day in Japan is yours to command. Whether you want to clear out the shops in Ginza, explore Akihabara’s tech scene, or simply enjoy a quiet final meal, this is your time to soak in the city.

Day 9: Sayonara We’ll transfer to the airport for your flight home, carrying memories of an unforgettable journey.

💰 Payments and Deposits

1. The total tour fee is €1990, currently equivalent to PKR 635,000. This amount is payable only after your visa is approved.

2. A security deposit of PKR 300,000 must be paid to StudenTravel to reserve your spot. This is refundable upon your successful return to Pakistan and can be paid via online transfer or pay order.

3. A post-dated cheque of PKR 1,000,000 from your sponsor’s bank account is required. This cheque will remain with IoBM University (not StudenTravel) and will not be cashed. For example, if your tour ends on 5th January, the cheque should be dated 10th January. It will be returned before its realization date. The sponsor does not need to have this amount available in their account.

💳 Payment Breakdown

• Security Deposit: PKR 300,000 via Pay Order or Online Transfer to StudenTravel
• Tour Fee: Payable after visa approval, based on the Euro rate on the day of payment
• Visa Fee: Payable directly at the embassy (we are not allowed to pay on your behalf)
