Travelling Dates are tentative: 19 Jan 2027 – 28 Jan 2027 (+/- 4 days). All essential information is provided below.

🗺️ Day-to-Day Itinerary

📍 19–22 January 2027 — Munich, Germany 

Departure from Karachi and arrival at the technological city of Munich. We will proceed to the hotel, check-in, and relax with some refreshments arranged by StudenTravel.

We are planning for the BMW Plant Visit, located near the Group headquarters, where around 950 automobiles and more than 3,000 engines are manufactured every day.

Beyond the plant, a complete guided tour is planned for you to discover the beautiful architecture and explore fine German culture.

📍 22–24 January 2027 — Hallstatt, Austria & Ljubljana, Slovenia

We will travel toward Slovenia, stopping first at one of the most beautiful villages in Austria, surrounded by mountains and Hallstatt Lake. We’ll start with a walk through the old village, explore the Market Square, and stop at some of the best viewpoints for photos of the Alpine views.

We will then continue our journey to Ljubljana, the beautiful capital of Slovenia and one of Europe’s most charming cities. We’ll start by exploring the Old Town, walk along the Ljubljanica River, cross the famous Triple Bridge, and visit Prešeren Square. From there, we’ll make our way towards Ljubljana Castle to enjoy amazing views over the city.

During our time in Ljubljana, we may also visit local universities to explore educational opportunities and institutional collaborations. Afterwards, you’ll have free time to explore the riverside cafés and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.

📍 24–26 January 2027 — Venice, Italy

We’ll start by walking through the narrow streets towards St. Mark’s Square, where we’ll see St. Mark’s Basilica and the famous Doge’s Palace. From there, we’ll explore the canals, cross some of Venice’s beautiful bridges, and make our way towards the iconic Rialto Bridge.

Afterwards, you’ll have free time to grab some Italian food, explore the little streets and shops, or experience a gondola ride.

📍 26–28 January 2027 — Rome, Italy & Vatican City

The most beautiful, historic, and massive city of this whole tour is Rome. On our first day, we will head to the hotel, freshen up, and go straight to the Colosseum without delay (tickets to the Colosseum are included).

A complete guided tour of the city will be offered by StudenTravel. We will also take you to the mesmerizing smallest country in the world, Vatican City. It is the center of authority over the Roman Catholic Church, located right in the heart of Rome.

On 28 January, we fly back to Pakistan after an unforgettable European journey.

💰 Payments and Deposits

1. The total tour fee is €2150, currently equivalent to PKR 665,000. This amount is payable only after your visa is approved.

2. A security deposit of PKR 300,000 must be paid to StudenTravel to reserve your spot. This is refundable upon your successful return to Pakistan and can be paid via online transfer or pay order.

3. A post-dated cheque of PKR 1,000,000 from your sponsor’s bank account is required. This cheque will remain with IoBM University (not StudenTravel) and will not be cashed. For example, if your tour ends on 5th January, the cheque should be dated 10th January. It will be returned before its realization date. The sponsor does not need to have this amount available in their account.

• Security Deposit: PKR 300,000 via Pay Order or Online Transfer to StudenTravel
• Tour Fee: Payable after visa approval, based on the Euro rate on the day of payment
• Visa Fee: Payable directly at the embassy
